 Aerobic Engine Upgrade
8 Week Supplemental Training Plan

This cycle is 8 weeks long with a final retest during week 9.


This plan will help upgrade your aerobic engine. These workouts are designed to work around your current workout regime. Make sure to do your warm-up drills and cooldowns. 

Since this is a supplemental program we are choosing to do shorter aerobic events rather than training longer events in a stand-alone program. There will be swimming and rucking in the training. You can choose to do one or the other or flip flop weeks.
