Army Basic Training Plan

This cycle is 8 weeks long with the 9th week being test a test week.

You will need a hex bar or regular barbell with weight, pull up bar, and pack for rucking. This cycle prepares you for the rigors of the Army Basic Training.

The main focus of the cycle is the Deadlift, Hand Release Push Up, Knee Tuck and 2-mile run for the ACFT and an introduction to Ruck Marching. The other purpose of the cycle is to prepare the recruit for the “Smoke Sessions or Remedial Training”.
