6 Week Minimal Equipment Plan

This cycle is 6 weeks long with an initial test in week 1 and a retest in week 7.


Who is this program for? It is for everyone and anyone. Anyone new to fitness and the super fit. It requires minimal equipment and each day's workout can be done in less than an hour. 

This program can be done at home, on the road, or anywhere. All you will need is a sturdy char, dumbbell, or weighted pack/suitcase and a place to do pullups or supine rows. For supine rows, you could use a table, Truck bed back gate, or rings suspended from above as a sub for pullups.
