9 Week Supplemental Training Plan

This cycle is 9 weeks long and is meant to supplement your current training.

This program is designed to increase overall strength and is perfect for anyone new to barbell training or someone who wants to break through current plateaus. 

This program is designed to be done 3 days a week on non-consecutive days. Think Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

You need to do metabolic conditioning during the 9-week cycle. Do conditioning after your lifts for the day or in between main lift days.
