Navy Bootcamp Plan

This cycle is 8 weeks long with the 9th week being a test week.

You will need a plyo-box, pair of dumbbells, low bar for the supine row. This cycle prepares you for the rigors of the Navy Boot Camp.

The main focus of the cycle is the Push-Up, Sit-Up, 1.5-mile run, for the Navy PT test. The other purpose of the cycle is to prepare the recruit for the “Smoke Sessions or Remedial Training” which also includes some swimming prep.
