Sit Up

Starting on the floor, hands clasped with fingers interlaced. Shoulders over hips. Knees bent with feet on the floor. Lower upper body down to the floor with shoulder blades on the ground. Bring the upper body back up to start position. Feet or heels must remain in contact with the floor during the entire movement.
